 The restaurant “Old Castle” has great number of qualities.

The INTERIOUR: The general view of a two-storied building precisely coincides with the restaurant name. Inside –a wood, a stone, ancient subject of a life, and the fragments of legends represented on walls – handwork of a painter from Khmelnitsky - Sergey Shkoljar.
 At first sight, a ground floor hall of a restaurant is not big, but reasonable planning allows to place 25 -30 persons, without considering a bar. In this hall it is supposed to drink coffee, to spend business dinners or to try more serious dishes. And here on the second floor recommend sitting the big companies, to celebrate birthdays and other holidays.
 MEAL: a European cuisine foundation – meat in its various interpretations. To preparation various sausages, meat loafs, balyks in the restaurant concern very seriously - trust to nobody, all do with own hand.
  From the basic dishes the salmon with seafood , mushrooms in the sour cream sauce with slices of a salmon, pork ears with cabbage, chicken rolls with garnet sauce and pork meatball – “chelogach” in wine mustard marinade is especially good. From salads it is necessary to try “Las Vegas” prepared with a salmon, cheese, olives, grapes, Kiki and mandarins and  the”Milady” - a mix of shrimps, red caviar, a mozzarella, avocado, tomatoes and quail eggs.
In the rest a variety of soups, and also viands from fish is present – as well as it is necessary to a good restaurant. The restaurant has settled down in the country; therefore in the order of visitors hotel rooms and a sauna arrive also. It is possible to leave for the weekend the whole families.
